Q1 FY27 revenue rose 4.7% to Rs 51.81 Cr but PAT fell 44% to Rs 3.73 Cr versus Rs 6.66 Cr year-ago, as depreciation doubled to Rs 2.61 Cr. Board gave in-principle approval for merger with related party Samrajyaa Precision Machining Pvt Ltd (machining business). Also approved a new in-house machining division with 7 CNC machines, about Rs 17 Cr investment funded via internal accruals, expected by January 2027.
Sharp PAT fall despite revenue growth is a concern. Merger and capacity expansion signal long-term growth focus but bring execution and integration risk.
