Mahalaxmi Rubtech, which makes offset printing blankets and technical coated fabrics, posted Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs. 27.39 crore, up about 9.5% from Rs. 25.02 crore in Q3 FY25. Profit after tax for the quarter rose to Rs. 6.04 crore from Rs. 5.42 crore, with basic EPS at Rs. 5.69 vs Rs. 5.10. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue from operations grew to Rs. 82.41 crore from Rs. 69.24 crore (a 19% rise), while profit after tax jumped to Rs. 16.36 crore from Rs. 12.17 crore (about 34% growth), pushing nine-month EPS to Rs. 15.40 from Rs. 11.45. Operating profitability improved, with the profit-before-tax margin expanding roughly 340 basis points to about 25.9% from 22.5% a year ago, helped by lower finance costs and contained depreciation. The statutory auditor Jain Chowdhary & Co. issued an unmodified limited review report, and the company has no subsidiaries, joint ventures, or associates.
Strong nine-month earnings growth driven by healthy revenue expansion and improving margins is a positive for shareholders. The clean auditor opinion and absence of exceptional items or one-off gains suggest the results reflect core operating strength rather than accounting boosts.
