Mahanagar Gas posted Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs. 2,597.89 Cr, up 13.92% YoY. PAT stood at Rs. 193.70 Cr, down 39.39% YoY from Rs. 319.56 Cr, as Q1 FY26 had a one-time trade margin reversal of Rs. 112.87 Cr. Sequentially, PAT rose 46.83% QoQ and EBITDA margin expanded to 14.46% from 12.69%. CNG volumes grew 9.74% YoY to 318.09 MMSCM; total volumes up 7% YoY. Comparatives restated due to UEPL amalgamation. Pending GAIL tariff (Rs. 331.80 Cr) and GST (Rs. 54.33 Cr) litigations continue.
Sequential recovery is positive; YoY decline reflects base effect from one-time reversal, not core weakness.
