Maharashtra Corporation Limited reported audited results for Q4 and FY25 on May 28, 2025. Full year revenue from operations nearly doubled to Rs 155 lakhs from Rs 78 lakhs in FY24, but net profit fell sharply to Rs 8.72 lakhs from Rs 23.87 lakhs as other expenses more than tripled to Rs 99.69 lakhs. Q4 FY25 was weak with revenue from operations at virtually zero (vs Rs 23 lakhs in Q4 FY24) and a net loss of Rs 76.32 lakhs, partly due to an exceptional item of Rs 2.06 lakhs. The company also appointed M/s. Kirti Sharma & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years and reappointed Mr. Lakhpat Trivedi as Internal Auditor for FY26. Auditor M/s. Bhatter and Associates issued an unqualified opinion.
Mixed picture for shareholders — strong full-year revenue growth is offset by sharply compressed profitability and a weak Q4 with revenue drying up. Negative reserves and surplus (-Rs 56.92 lakhs) suggest accumulated losses, which investors should monitor alongside future revenue stability.
