Mahindra Holidays (MHRIL) reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 37,946 lakhs (up 5.4% YoY) and PAT of Rs 5,493 lakhs (up 8.3%). Nine-month standalone PAT rose 27.8% to Rs 18,281 lakhs. Consolidated Q3 PAT fell sharply to Rs 141 lakhs from Rs 3,542 lakhs due to widening losses at Finland subsidiary HCRO (loss of Rs 4,466 lakhs in Q3). Company booked an exceptional charge of Rs 1,090 lakhs for new Labour Codes. Prior period figures restated for tax adjustments.
Mixed picture: strong standalone growth offset by consolidated weakness from Finland subsidiary losses and one-time Labour Code charge. Watch for HCRO turnaround.
