Mahindra Holidays Q2 FY27 standalone revenue grew 3 percent YoY to about Rs 354 crore but PAT fell 16 percent to Rs 43 crore. Consolidated revenue rose 9 percent to Rs 784 crore with PAT up 16 percent to Rs 20 crore. H1 standalone PAT dipped 24 percent to Rs 98 crore versus last year. Results include a Rs 11 crore exceptional charge for the new Labour Codes on retiral benefits. Auditors flagged an ongoing NFRA review on segment reporting and revenue recognition but gave an unmodified opinion. Finland subsidiary HCRO remains loss making.
Mixed: top line growth healthy but bottom line pressured by Labour Code charge and weak Finland ops. NFRA matter worth tracking.
