On the reaction day the stock moved 1.0 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.1 pts more than its Hotels & Resorts peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY26 group operating revenue rose 6.9% year on year to Rs 717.34 crore, while profit after tax rose 47.5% to Rs 16.94 crore. In the half year, revenue rose 7.2% to Rs 1,418.75 crore and profit rose 37.2% to Rs 24.11 crore. The auditor's conclusion was unmodified but highlighted a regulator's review. Prior figures were restated after a tax reconciliation, which included a Rs 7.79 crore interest provision for excess past tax deductions.
Profit growth may support the stock, but modest sales growth, the regulator review and tax restatement could weigh on sentiment.
