Q2 FY27 group income up 9% to INR819 crore, EBITDA rose 5% to INR194.8 crore and profit up 17% to INR19.7 crore. Standalone EBITDA and profit fell 12% and 16% due to growth spending. H1 capital spending: INR312 crore; occupancy was 75.6% and resort revenue rose 15%. Plan: 1,000 keys in six months, with 85% visibility for 10,000 keys by FY30. Management expects margins to improve after resorts reopen; deferred revenue detail follows.
Positive for medium-term growth as occupancy, profit and capacity improve, but standalone margins face pressure from transformation spending.
