Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board-approved unaudited Q2 and H1 FY27 results show sharply higher reported revenue. H1 consolidated revenue rose to Rs 994.55 crore from Rs 49.53 crore, while PAT rose 3 percent to Rs 101.89 crore. Q2 PAT fell to Rs 16.34 crore from Rs 47.91 crore. Residential pre-sales increased 66 percent to Rs 1,988 crore. Net debt to equity was minus 0.28, showing cash, but operating cash flow was negative Rs 191.32 crore. The limited review was unmodified.
Strong pre-sales and cash support the outlook, but lower Q2 profit and operating cash outflow could limit near-term stock gains.
