The board approved unaudited H1 FY27 results with an unmodified review. Accounting revenue rose to Rs 995 crore from Rs 50 crore and consolidated sales increased 48% to Rs 2,101 crore. H1 profit after tax was Rs 102 crore versus Rs 99 crore, but Q2 fell to Rs 16 crore from Rs 48 crore. Operating cash flow was negative. H1 included a Rs 31 crore exceptional gain.
Strong sales growth and a cash surplus are positive, but flat H1 profit, weaker Q2 earnings and negative operating cash flow may cap near-term gains.
