Mahindra Lifespace reported H1 FY27 residential pre-sales of ₹1,988 crore, up 66% year on year, and PAT of ₹102 crore versus ₹99 crore, with ₹16 crore in Q2. GDV rose ₹7,100 crore in H1 to ₹50,000 crore. Management kept FY27 pre-sales guidance of ₹4,500 crore to ₹5,000 crore and expects industrial deals and collections to improve in H2. Net debt-to-equity was negative at 0.28, with closing cash of ₹1,036 crore.
Strong pre-sales growth, firm guidance and a net cash balance sheet support the stock, though Q2 profit was weak and sales velocity is slowing.
