Board approved unaudited Q2 and April-September FY26 results. Consolidated half-year operating revenue fell 74.7% to Rs 49.53 crore, but Q2 profit was Rs 47.91 crore, including Rs 43.18 crore of exceptional debt-related gains. Standalone Q2 and half-year losses were Rs 24.51 crore and Rs 58.33 crore. Half-year operating cash outflow was Rs 245.39 crore. A Rs 1,494.80 crore rights issue funded debt repayment, land purchases and working capital.
Exceptional gains support reported profit, but falling half-year revenue, standalone losses, operating cash outflow and rights issue dilution are concerns.
