Makers Laboratories posted Q1FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 1,019 lacs, down about 10 percent from Rs 1,127 lacs a year ago. Standalone net loss widened to Rs 108 lacs from Rs 96 lacs. Consolidated revenue rose about 20 percent to Rs 4,277 lacs, driven by subsidiary Resonance Specialties, though consolidated PAT attributable to owners fell to Rs 109 lacs from Rs 150 lacs. CEO Saahil Parikh will not seek re-appointment as Whole-time Director and will move to a Non-Executive Director role from August 11, 2026. Auditors issued an unmodified limited review report.
Mixed quarter: consolidated revenue up about 20 percent but PAT fell. Standalone shrank with widening losses. CEO transition is a key governance change to watch.
