Mallcom (India) Limited reported its unaudited Q1FY26 results (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations grew to ₹11,843.53 lakhs from ₹9,918.24 lakhs in Q1FY25, a year-on-year rise of about 19%. Standalone profit after tax rose to ₹973.83 lakhs from ₹870.88 lakhs (~12% growth), with EPS at ₹15.61 versus ₹13.70. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to ₹12,243.36 lakhs (~20% YoY) and PAT to ₹985.48 lakhs. The Board also appointed M/s Agarwal Maheswari & Co. as the new statutory auditors for a five-year term, replacing S.K. Singhania & Co. who complete their second term at the upcoming AGM. Ms. Ankita Dalmia was appointed as secretarial auditor for FY26–FY30. The statutory auditors issued an unqualified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Steady double-digit revenue and profit growth in Q1FY26 with an unqualified auditor review is a positive for shareholders. The planned rotation of statutory auditors is a routine governance step and unlikely to affect operations; approval at the AGM remains pending.
