Mallcom posted Q1 FY27 (June 2026) standalone revenue of about Rs 10.82 crores, down from Rs 12.31 crores a year ago, a decline of around 12 percent. Profit after tax rose modestly to about Rs 60.19 lakhs from Rs 57.35 lakhs, with EPS at Rs 10.12 vs Rs 9.60. Board also re-appointed Mr. Himanshu Rai as Independent Director for a second term of 5 years from 9 September 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
Mixed quarter - revenue softness is a concern but PAT growth and steady governance are positives. Watch for revenue recovery.
