Malu Paper Mills reported Q3 FY26 net loss of Rs 5.10 cr, widening from Rs 3.67 cr a year ago, even as net sales rose about 23% to Rs 76.78 cr. EBITDA loss deepened to Rs 3.09 cr from Rs 1.05 cr, hit by lower margins and price competition. For 9M FY26, net loss stood at Rs 16.84 cr versus Rs 9.31 cr earlier. Company won a Writing and Printing Paper tender from Maharashtra State Board Textbook Bureau. Management plans to monetize surplus land and promoters pledged further capital infusion. Board also noted a change in Secretarial Auditor.
Widening losses and deeper EBITDA deficit remain a concern despite revenue growth. Recovery hinges on new government paper tenders and planned asset sales.
