The board of Mamata Machinery recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.5 per share (5% on face value Rs. 10) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. Separately, CEO Apurva N. Kane will retire on Sept 30, 2026 after over 40 years with the company. Rajashekar Venkat will take over as CEO from Oct 1, 2026, bringing 27 years of experience from senior roles at Kennametal, Markem-Imaje, Mettler Toledo and Domino Printing. The board also appointed C. B. Modh as cost auditors for FY27 and Desai and Desai as internal auditors.
Modest Rs 0.5/share dividend, pending AGM approval. Smooth CEO transition to experienced industry veteran looks like a continuity play. Routine auditor changes.
