On the reaction day the stock moved 3.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.8 pts less than its Iron & Steel Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

The board of Manaksia Coated Metals and Industries Limited approved the lapse of 20 lakh share warrants originally issued on 31 January 2025 to AIO Growth Capital Fund SPC. The warrant holder failed to pay the remaining 75 percent within the 18 month deadline, so the 25 percent upfront application money of about Rs 3.25 crores stands forfeited. No equity shares were ever allotted against these warrants, so the company paid up share capital stays unchanged.
The forfeited Rs 3.25 cr becomes a one-time gain for the company. No share dilution now occurs from these warrants. Mildly positive for existing shareholders.
