On the reaction day the stock moved 2.7 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.4 pts more than its Iron & Steel Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY27 income was Rs 321.55 crore and profit after tax Rs 18.73 crore. EBITDA was Rs 36.91 crore at an 11.48% margin. The firm order book was Rs 525 crore, including Rs 420 crore of exports for execution over five months. A new colour coating line, due in Q3 FY27, will add 150,000 tonnes of annual capacity. Management targets three times revenue and EBITDA by FY29, while a planned Rs 150 crore equity issue will mainly reduce debt.
Strong earnings, order visibility and added capacity support growth, but execution, input costs, depreciation and possible dilution are risks.
