Quarter ended 30 September 2026: revenue rose 44.6% year on year to Rs 318.69 crore and net profit rose 34.0% to Rs 18.79 crore. For the half year, revenue rose 23.6% to Rs 580.83 crore and profit rose 17.2% to Rs 32.95 crore. The auditor's limited review identified no material misstatement. The board proposed raising the borrowing limit from Rs 1,000 crore to Rs 2,500 crore, subject to shareholder approval.
Strong earnings growth is positive for shareholders, but the higher borrowing ceiling may increase leverage and financing risk.
