Man Industries reported standalone net profit of Rs. 19,585 lakhs for FY26, up 43% from Rs. 13,712 lakhs in FY25. Revenue from operations grew 11% to Rs. 3,45,525 lakhs from Rs. 3,11,822 lakhs. EPS improved to Rs. 27.17 from Rs. 21.18. The order book position stands at approximately Rs. 3,000 crore to be executed in 6-12 months. The auditor issued an unmodified opinion. However, three emphasis of matter items were flagged: an Income Tax search and seizure operation, a pending SEBI matter with SAT stay order, and an MCA notice for non-compliances under Companies Act. The company also has disputed trade receivables of Rs. 10,617.74 lakhs (net of ECL) and contingent liabilities of Rs. 11,476.21 lakhs across various tax disputes.
Strong profit growth and robust order book are positives, but investors should monitor the three regulatory/legal matters (IT search, SEBI case, MCA notice) which remain unresolved and could have future financial implications.
