Manaksia Aluminium reported full-year revenue of Rs 56,473 Lacs, up 10.7% from Rs 51,016 Lacs in FY25, with net profit after tax of Rs 755.61 Lacs, growing 25% from Rs 604.58 Lacs. Basic and diluted EPS stood at Rs 1.15 per share (vs Rs 0.92). The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.05 per share (5% on face value of Re. 1). Operating cash flow improved significantly to Rs 3,974 Lacs from Rs 97 Lacs a year ago, driven by favourable working capital movements. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion. Note 6 discloses a GST demand of Rs 38.80 crore plus penalty of Rs 3.88 crore, which the company is contesting in appellate forums, with management stating no present liability is anticipated. The company incorporated two new subsidiaries (in the USA and UAE) during the year; consolidated financials were not prepared as share application money is yet to be deposited.
PAT growth of 25% YoY is positive, though revenue growth of ~11% falls short of the 20% threshold, suggesting moderate topline expansion. The large GST contingency (Rs 42.68 crore total demand) remains a key risk to monitor. High debt levels (total borrowings ~Rs 24,108 Lacs vs equity ~Rs 14,235 Lacs) warrant close observation of the debt/equity ratio and interest coverage.
