Manaksia Aluminium has issued a corrigendum to its audited Q4 and FY25 results originally filed on May 20, 2025. The correction fixes a clerical error where the current maturity of a long-term loan of Rs. 1,660 lakhs was wrongly deducted twice from long-term borrowings. As a result, long-term borrowings increase by Rs. 1,660 lakhs and short-term borrowings decrease by the same amount, with total assets and liabilities unchanged. The auditor has reiterated an unmodified opinion, and there is no impact on the profit and loss account. For FY25, revenue from operations stood at Rs. 50,914.75 lakhs (up from Rs. 43,249.30 lakhs) and net profit after tax was Rs. 604.58 lakhs (up from Rs. 508.57 lakhs), with basic EPS of Rs. 0.92. A final dividend of Rs. 0.07 per share has been recommended.
The corrigendum is a reclassification within the balance sheet with no effect on profitability or shareholder value, so it is largely neutral. Investors may note the higher long-term debt and lower short-term debt mix, alongside the FY25 growth in revenue and PAT and a modest dividend.
