Manaksia Aluminium's board approved its Q1FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited results. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 134.41 crore versus Rs 81.72 crore in the same quarter last year, a jump of about 64%. Net profit after tax more than doubled to Rs 1.56 crore from Rs 72 lakh (about 118% growth), with EPS at Rs 0.24 versus Rs 0.11. For FY25, the company had reported total revenue of Rs 510.16 crore and PAT of Rs 6.05 crore. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs 0.07 per share (7% on face value of Rs 1) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. The 15th AGM is scheduled for September 16, 2025 via video conferencing, with September 9, 2025 set as the record date for both e-voting and the final dividend. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Shuvendu Sekhar Mohanty as Independent Director for a second 5-year term, re-appointment of Mr. Anirudha Agrawal as Whole-time Director for 3 years, and the appointment of Mr. Asit Kumar Labh as Secretarial Auditor for FY26 to FY30. A new wholly-owned subsidiary, Metal Star Ceiling Panel Trading FZE in Dubai, was incorporated on July 11, 2025 and is yet to commence operations.
