Standalone revenue grew about 40 percent YoY to Rs 229 crore, with profit after tax soaring to Rs 55.5 crore from Rs 3 crore last year. EPS rose to Rs 3.23 from Rs 0.18. Board recommended a Rs 0.50 per share dividend (10 percent), AGM set for 28 September. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 275 crore with PAT of Rs 64 crore. Auditors flagged two emphasis of matter points: leasehold land renewal pending with Tamil Nadu government since 2017 and Rs 11.8 crore insurance claim under assessment for Cyclone Michaung damage.
