Board on January 29, 2026 declared interim dividend of Rs 0.50 per share (25 percent on Rs 2 face value) for FY25-26. This is the second interim dividend, matching the October 2025 payout. Record date is February 6, 2026. Q3 consolidated PAT came in at Rs 238.54 crores against Rs 278.46 crores year ago. Nine month PAT fell sharply to Rs 588.34 crores from Rs 1,407.04 crores, dragged by Microfinance segment losses of Rs 876.71 crores.
Steady dividend signals confidence despite weak earnings. Microfinance stress remains a key concern for shareholders.
