The board approved audited financial results for FY ended 31 March 2025. Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 2,524.05 lakhs from Rs. 2,088.55 lakhs, a growth of about 21% year-on-year. Profit after tax climbed to Rs. 486.87 lakhs from Rs. 385.80 lakhs, up roughly 26%. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share (5% on face value of Rs. 10), subject to shareholder approval. The company also appointed M/s. Anand R. Chandak & Company as internal auditor and M/s. Vijay S. Tiwari & Associates as secretarial auditor for FY 2025-26. Statutory auditor MGB & Co. LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
Positive signals for shareholders — strong top-line and bottom-line growth in the first full year after the SME listing (IPO on BSE SME in November 2024), backed by a clean audit and a maiden dividend. Long-term borrowings also declined meaningfully from Rs. 1,403.60 lakhs to Rs. 795.03 lakhs, indicating improving balance sheet strength.
