Mangal Compusolution Ltd, listed on the BSE SME platform in November 2024, reported strong FY25 results with revenue from operations rising to Rs. 2,524.05 lakhs from Rs. 2,088.58 lakhs in FY24, a growth of about 20.8%. Total income grew to Rs. 2,732.84 lakhs. Profit after tax jumped to Rs. 546.87 lakhs from Rs. 385.83 lakhs, a 41.7% increase, boosted by a Rs. 75 lakh exceptional item (compensation from a terminated property purchase agreement). The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 (5%) per share. Basic EPS for the full year stood at Rs. 4.05, lower than the prior year's Rs. 5.67 due to dilution from the IPO. The statutory auditor MGB & Co. LLP issued an unmodified opinion.
Solid top-line and bottom-line growth in the first full year post-IPO, supported by both Sale of Services and Sale of Goods segments. The dividend declaration and clean audit opinion are positive signals for shareholders, though the lower EPS reflects share count expansion from the IPO.
