The Board fixed September 14 2026 as the record date for the FY26 final dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the 64th AGM on September 22 2026. In Q1 FY27, net profit rose to Rs 569.09 lakhs from Rs 299.94 lakhs a year earlier, on total revenue of Rs 2,215.76 lakhs. The board approved raising up to Rs 20 crore via secured listed NCDs at 11.75 percent per annum, and proposed increasing authorised capital from Rs 25 crore to Rs 30 crore plus doubling borrowing limits to Rs 1,500 crore.
Investors holding stock by Sep 14 2026 qualify for the final dividend. Larger borrowing limits and NCD issuance signal growth plans but a future equity raise is possible.
