Mangal Credit and Fincorp, an RBI-registered NBFC, reported strong FY25 results with total revenue from operations rising about 49% to ₹495.62 lakh (vs ₹331.95 lakh last year). Profit After Tax grew nearly 24% to ₹1,306.75 lakh (vs ₹1,054.58 lakh), while Total Comprehensive Income jumped around 52% to ₹1,453.58 lakh. Basic EPS rose to ₹6.68 from ₹5.45. Q4 standalone profit doubled to ₹687.37 lakh versus ₹350.47 lakh a year ago. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹0.75 (7.5%) per share, subject to shareholder approval. The statutory auditor (Bhagwagar Dalal & Doshi) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. Operating cash flow remained negative at ₹(3,936) lakh but improved from ₹(5,398) lakh last year. The Board also appointed a new Internal Auditor and a new Company Secretary effective 7 June 2025.
Strong revenue and profit growth, a clean audit, and a dividend declaration are positive signals for shareholders. However, the negative operating cash flow and rapid increase in borrowings (up ~46%) to fund loan book expansion are points to watch for this small NBFC.
