The Board of Directors of Mangal Credit and Fincorp Limited (NBFC) approved audited standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, along with a final dividend of Rs. 0.75 per share (7.5% on face value of Rs. 10), subject to shareholder approval. Total revenue from operations rose sharply to about Rs. 495 crore in FY25 from Rs. 332 crore in FY24 (roughly 49% growth), while profit after tax grew to Rs. 13.07 crore from Rs. 10.55 crore. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion, and EPS stood at Rs. 6.68 vs Rs. 5.45. The company also appointed a new internal auditor (M/s. Anand R. Chandak & Co.) for FY26 and a new Company Secretary effective June 7, 2025.
The modest 7.5% dividend and strong top-line growth are positives for shareholders, though net cash used in operations remained deeply negative at around Rs. 39 crore, and borrowings jumped to Rs. 199 crore from Rs. 137 crore, signalling rising leverage and funding needs as the loan book expanded.
