Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited reported strong top-line growth for Q1 FY26. Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹79,340.55 lakhs, up about 26% from ₹62,809.79 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Standalone net profit grew roughly 16% to ₹587.58 lakhs (vs ₹506.94 lakhs), with EPS of ₹0.18 (face value ₹1 after the recent share split). On a consolidated basis, revenue climbed to ₹85,854.36 lakhs (~26% YoY) and net profit rose to ₹643.22 lakhs. The auditor (Keyur Shah & Co.) issued an unmodified limited review report on both sets of results. The company also disclosed that it has set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore (USD 4,00,000 invested) to drive overseas sales.
Solid revenue growth of about 26% YoY is a positive signal, though bottom-line growth was more modest (around 16% standalone, 7% consolidated) due to higher input and trading costs. Investors should note the ongoing SEBI show-cause notice and forensic audit related to FY19-22 financials as a key overhang, though the company says this will not have direct financial implications. The share split (₹2 to ₹1) has improved retail liquidity.
