Mangalam Global posted Q2 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 874.5 crore, up 42% YoY. Consolidated H1 revenue rose 23.7% YoY to Rs 1,934.6 crore driven by agri products and new foreign subsidiaries. Consolidated H1 PAT slipped to Rs 17.7 crore from Rs 24.2 crore as last year had one-time exceptional gains. Operating cashflow turned negative at minus Rs 25.5 crore, and long-term borrowings nearly tripled to Rs 43.2 crore.
Strong top-line growth from new foreign subsidiaries, but weaker profits, negative operating cashflow, and rising borrowings signal financial stress despite expansion.
