On the reaction day the stock moved 10.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 10.2 pts less than its Other Agricultural Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved unaudited results. Consolidated second-quarter revenue rose 25.5% to Rs 70,579.57 lakh and profit after tax rose 219.6% to Rs 1,779.59 lakh. First-half revenue rose 25.9% to Rs 156,433.92 lakh and profit after tax rose 109.2% to Rs 2,422.79 lakh. A Rs 1,064.20 lakh GST refund was exceptional; profit before exceptional items and tax fell 9.8% in the quarter. First-half operating cash flow was positive at Rs 2,306.50 lakh.
Revenue and cash flow improved, but profit relied on a GST refund while underlying profit and margins fell; the stock response may be muted.
