Mangalam Organics reported its Q3 FY26 results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, approved by the Board on February 12, 2026. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations stood at ₹16,429.84 lakhs, up about 33% year-on-year from ₹12,391.66 lakhs, while nine-month revenue grew 23% to ₹46,895.36 lakhs. Nine-month consolidated profit after tax jumped to ₹1,976.48 lakhs from ₹743.21 lakhs, with EPS rising to ₹23.08 from ₹8.68. Standalone revenue grew about 22% YoY to ₹12,244.57 lakhs in Q3, but quarterly pre-tax profit fell sharply to ₹149.82 lakhs from ₹378.80 lakhs a year ago. An exceptional item of ₹350.60 lakhs was recorded in the previous quarter (Q2 FY26), with none in Q3. The auditor (NGST & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report on both sets of results.
Strong 9-month PAT growth (standalone ~78%, consolidated ~166%) and robust revenue expansion are positive for shareholders, though the sharp YoY dip in quarterly standalone profit despite higher revenue signals margin pressure that investors should watch closely.
