Mangalam Worldwide Q1 FY27 standalone revenue rose 19.3% YoY to Rs 316.22 crore from Rs 264.95 crore. Net profit fell 23.6% to Rs 11.76 crore vs Rs 15.38 crore. EPS at Rs 3.96 vs Rs 5.18. Board noted stock split from Rs 10 to Re 1 effective July 10 and BSE listing effective May 27. Company also raised Rs 50 crore via NCDs rated Acuite A+ stable. D/E ratio rose to 1.14 times from 0.81.
Mixed quarter - revenue growth strong but margins compressed. Stock split and BSE listing should boost retail liquidity and trading interest.
