Mangalam Worldwide's board approved its unaudited Q1 FY26 results on August 1, 2025. Revenue from operations rose to ₹27,573.18 lakhs, up about 20% from ₹22,914.62 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net profit jumped to ₹1,010.53 lakhs (standalone), nearly 69% higher than ₹598.47 lakhs a year ago, boosting EPS to ₹3.40 vs ₹2.30. Total expenses grew roughly in line at ₹26,957 lakhs, though finance costs climbed sharply to ₹743 lakhs from ₹451 lakhs, and employee costs rose to ₹860 lakhs. Consolidated PAT was ₹1,012.81 lakhs, largely in line with the standalone figure. No investor complaints were pending during the quarter.
Strong topline growth, expanding margins, and a sharp jump in profitability should be viewed positively by shareholders, though rising finance costs and the ongoing SEBI show cause notice (settlement application pending) remain areas to watch.
