Mangalam Worldwide reported Q2 FY27 revenue of Rs.360 crores (up 16% YoY) and net profit of Rs.13.83 crores (up 31% YoY). H1 FY27 revenue rose 14% to Rs.677 crores with PAT up 24% at Rs.25.58 crores. EPS stood at Rs.0.47 for the quarter. However, operating cash flow turned negative at Rs.37 crore outflow versus Rs.30 crore inflow last year. Debt-equity ratio climbed to 1.19x from 0.81x as NCD issuances of Rs.100 crores and higher borrowings raised leverage.
Strong profit growth is positive, but rising leverage and negative operating cash flow raise concerns.
