On the reaction day the stock moved 0.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Manipal Health Enterprises has used IPO proceeds to fully redeem outstanding listed non-convertible debentures of Rs 5,310 crores issued by its wholly owned subsidiary Manipal Hospitals Private Limited. The redemption includes accrued interest and prepayment or early redemption costs. This aligns with the objects disclosed in the IPO prospectus dated July 31, 2026.
Subsidiary debt fully cleared, strengthening balance sheet. Lower future interest costs, in line with stated IPO plan.
