Quarter revenue rose 72% to Rs 587.64 lakh, but pre-tax loss was Rs 562.31 lakh. A Rs 737.08 lakh tax benefit produced Rs 182.47 lakh profit after tax, versus a Rs 320.56 lakh loss. Half-year revenue rose 99% to Rs 1,175.83 lakh; loss narrowed to Rs 213.23 lakh, with Rs 229.39 lakh operating cash outflow. Also, 1.5 million share warrants held by the managing director converted and 106,666 shares went to the CEO. Prior figures were restated.
Revenue growth helps, but profit is tax-led, the half year is loss-making with negative cash flow; director share issuance raises share count.
