Manugraph India reported strong turnaround with revenue growing 49% to Rs 8,863.70 lakhs (from Rs 5,934.82 lakhs). The company swung from a loss of Rs 2,662 lakhs before tax in FY25 to profit of Rs 679.55 lakhs in FY26. PAT turned positive at Rs 495.42 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 2,669.31 lakhs previously. Exceptional items included Rs 218.75 lakhs gain from sale of Kolhapur Unit 2 assets and Rs 106.90 lakhs compensation to retired employees under a scheme. The company also classified 2 acres of factory land at Unit 1 as held for sale worth Rs 644.09 lakhs. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion.
The company has shown a significant operational turnaround with near-doubling of revenue and return to profitability. The sale of non-current assets and cost optimisation measures appear to have helped. Clean audit opinion provides confidence.
