Manugraph India reported strong recovery with revenue growing 49% to Rs 8,863.70 lakhs in FY2026 from Rs 5,934.82 lakhs in FY2025. The company returned to profitability with PAT of Rs 495.42 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 115.22 lakhs in the prior year. Finance costs reduced significantly to Rs 75.74 lakhs from Rs 243.15 lakhs. Exceptional items included compensation to retired employees (Rs 106.90 lakhs) and profit on sale of non-current assets held for sale (Rs 218.75 lakhs). The company disposed of movable assets at Kolhapur Unit II and classified factory land at Unit 1 as held for sale. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion but included an Emphasis of Matter regarding exceptional items in Note 28.
The company has shown strong operational turnaround with nearly 50% revenue growth and return to profit. The clean audit opinion is positive, though shareholders should note the Emphasis of Matter on exceptional items and asset sales which contributed to profitability.
