On the reaction day the stock moved 3.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.6 pts less than its Industrial Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY26 saw revenue continue to decline year-on-year while the company reported a loss. Exceptional retirement compensation of Rs 64.85 lakhs was booked for H1. The company sold all Kolhapur Unit III movable assets, booking a Rs 218.75 lakh gain, and classified two acres of Unit I factory land as held for sale. Auditors added two emphasis of matter notes on exceptional items assessment and asset reclassification under Ind AS 105.
Revenue keeps falling and the company is selling assets to fund retirement liabilities. The asset sale gain is one-off. Watch for further restructuring news.
