Maple Infrastructure Trust, a highway-sector InvIT, informed the exchange that the Delhi High Court has ordered NHAI's September 13, 2025 circular (which revised the Wholesale Price Index linking factor used for toll/annuity adjustments) to be kept in abeyance. The court directed NHAI to re-examine the circular after considering representations from the Highway Operators Association and other stakeholders. This is an update to the trust's earlier intimation dated October 1, 2025. The WPI linking factor directly impacts revenue calculations for highway concessionaires, so any downward revision would have hurt cash flows.
