Maral Overseas Q3 FY26 revenue was Rs 247.45 crore, down slightly from Rs 250.37 crore a year ago. The company swung to a Q3 net profit of Rs 5.30 crore from a Rs 10.56 crore loss, helped by stronger yarn and fabric margins. Nine-month FY26 loss narrowed sharply to Rs 10.05 crore from Rs 23.97 crore. An exceptional charge of Rs 59.83 lakh was booked for the new Labour Codes.
Q3 turnaround is encouraging but nine-month losses persist. Watch margin trends and any further Labour Code-related charges.
