The Board approved unaudited Q2 and half-year FY26 results. Consolidated Q2 revenue rose 10.3% year on year to Rs 128.95 crore, but profit attributable to owners fell 33.5% to Rs 43.93 crore. Half-year revenue rose 26.7% to Rs 326.45 crore, while profit fell 25.2% to Rs 94.17 crore. Consolidated operating cash flow was negative Rs 42.55 crore, versus positive Rs 76.79 crore. The auditor reported no material problem.
Revenue growth supports sentiment, but the profit fall and negative operating cash flow may pressure the stock despite a clean auditor review.
