Marg Techno Projects Ltd has received trading approval from BSE and MSEI for 14,00,000 equity shares that were allotted on a preferential basis on December 12, 2025. The shares have a face value of Rs. 10 each and were issued at a premium of Rs. 40, making the issue price Rs. 50 per share. The shares were allotted to both Promoters and Non-Promoters, raising roughly Rs. 7 crore in total. These new shares will start trading on the exchanges from February 11, 2026. Of the 14 lakh shares, 8.5 lakh are locked in until August 31, 2027, and the remaining 5.5 lakh are locked in until August 31, 2026.
Existing shareholders will see their holding diluted by about 14 lakh new shares. Since 8.5 lakh shares are locked until 2027, near-term supply pressure on the stock is limited, but investors should monitor the lock-in expiry dates for potential selling pressure later. This is a routine listing intimation following a preferential allotment completed about two months ago.
