Q1 FY27 revenue from operations fell to Rs 587.08 lakh versus Rs 1,709.72 lakh in Q1 FY26, a 66% YoY decline. PAT dropped to Rs 18.12 lakh from Rs 27.87 lakh. Despite the top-line fall, EBITDA margin improved to around 18% from about 3% as material costs reduced sharply. EPS stood at Rs 0.02 versus Rs 0.03. The Board also approved re-designation of Chetan A Patel from Whole Time Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director effective 1 September 2026, subject to member approval.
Sharp revenue decline is a concern, though better margins suggest cost discipline. Director re-designation is routine governance.
