Q2 FY 2026-27 sales volume rose 26.5% to a record 696,654 units, while net sales increased 26.1% to INR 506.16 billion from INR 401.36 billion. Operating profit fell to INR 28.04 billion from INR 33.82 billion on West Asia-related commodity costs. Investment losses also cut net profit to INR 24.15 billion from INR 33.03 billion. H1 net sales rose 31.0%, but net profit fell to INR 57.67 billion from INR 70.61 billion.
Strong volume growth and record revenue are positive, but profit pressure from input costs and investment losses may weigh on shareholder returns and the share price.
