Mastek Limited reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 91,470 lakhs for Q1 FY26, up about 12.5% year-on-year from Rs. 81,289 lakhs in Q1 FY25, with total income of Rs. 92,526 lakhs. Net profit rose to Rs. 9,205 lakhs versus Rs. 7,150 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a growth of roughly 28.7% YoY, lifting basic EPS to Rs. 29.75 from Rs. 23.18. The UK & Europe segment continued to be the strongest performer (Rs. 58,318 lakhs), while AMEA saw a decline. Standalone numbers were restated due to the merger of wholly-owned subsidiary Mastek Enterprise Solutions Private Limited, effective May 31, 2025, with April 1, 2024 as the appointed date, though this had no impact on consolidated results. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Suresh Vaswani as Independent Director for a second 3-year term from December 11, 2025, subject to shareholder approval.
Solid double-digit revenue growth and a sharp jump in profits signal a strong start to FY26, particularly driven by the UK & Europe business. The director re-appointment and routine scheme-related restatement are administrative in nature and unlikely to move the stock; investors will focus on margin trends and the AMEA weakness in coming quarters.
